Well done to 3 of our AAL Div 5 players for being picked to play in an exhibition match on the Saturday night for the Women in Football round 25/06/16.

Yvette Carr, Jennifer Spannenberg and Selena Kirk, The girls had a great time

Thanks to the teams that came to the meeting to put in your players vote, life members and committee members that also voted for our new Jersey in 2017.

Jersey 1 was our winner.

We are now awaiting the jersey to be made up and come out to the club so we can all view the finsihed design.

MFA Coach Education /Player Development update 2016

To register for Coaching Courses go to and select Coaches and then Find a Coaching Course and follow the prompts

Courses are free for Bradbury Members who sign up to become a Coach and or Manager in our Club


Dear Coach/Manager

Thank you for your efforts to date in providing our players with quality instruction and an opportunity to become better footballers in a safe and respectful learning environment.

Please find below information on upcoming coaching courses. We all can always learn better and more efficient ways to engage our players and help them improve.

1. Coaching courses to assist your instruction and understanding to better support the improvement of your players.

Grassroots Coaching Course #4 – For those working with u/5 to u/8

Skill Training Certificate Course # 3 - For those working with u/ 9 – u/11

Game Training Certificate Course # 3 - For those working with u/12 – u/17

(Most courses are flexible due to some coaches training on particular nights)

Senior Coaching Certificate #3 – for those working with 17 and above

Monday 30th May 6pm – 9pm at Lynwood Pk.

Please note that to enrol you must follow the My Football Club procedure

1. Register your interest with your club as they will ultimately get the bill for your attendance when you complete the course

2. Enrol ONLINE by going to My Football Club see screenshot below of the page you will see once you click on Coaching

3. Click on select course / Anytime/ NSW and you will see the MacArthur courses listed then enrol. This should be done at least two days prior to the course to help us with numbers etc.. I will get back in touch with you one day before the course with final information

4. Please download your course manual and bring it with you to the course along with writing materials

5. Remember most courses are hands on so you need to wear your football kit and shin pads if you have them and If the course is a daytime course sun screen and hat will be necessary

The Bradbury Bears Football Club send their Condolences to the Family of Jamie Finn from the Bradbury Bears Club who passed away on the 19th November 2015 at the age of 53. Jamie played for our club from 2003 to 2013.

RIP Jamie
