Welcome back everyone that is returning to Bears this season ... and welcome aboard to all of our new  players, parents and supporters ...

I have just returned from three months in Europe so would like to extend a very sincere thank you to all committee members and supporters for getting the registration and grading process completed and fields ready for season 2010! Everyone on the committee is a volunteer and their families tend to suffer during the early stages of the season, so a huge thank you to the families too ...

Our first General Meeting is on Monday, 15th March. It will be held at the Masonic Centre from 7.30 to approximately 9.30 pm. All coaches and managers MUST attend ... we train you at this meeting. Please be prompt. I  guarantee that you will laugh at least once ;-).

Our trial matches commence on Saturday, 20th March/Sunday, 21st March against Liverpool City Robins at home and continue on Saturday, 27th March/Sunday, 28th March against Forest Rangers, also at home. The draws will be posted here and emailed to coaches and managers as soon as they are ready.

This year, every player must wear the new Bears  uniform, introduced last season, including the socks. The older uniform is no longer registered with MDSFA and is therefore illegal (in football terms and we face a fine if it is worn). The uniform will be available for purchase at the grounds during the trial match weekends and costs $30 for socks and shorts.

We look forward to another successful and happy season with you all again this year ... bring on the first kick off ...
